“We listed our property in August after being told by our realtors that it would sell quickly due to its location and the improvements we made when we bought it. The house sat for 6 weeks before we received one offer. The contract was canceled due to problems discovered during the buyer’s inspection, and due to multiple factors, we chose to withdraw the house and accept offers from investors. We understood we would not get anywhere near the actual value of the house but were shocked at the offers from several other companies. We were subjected to several ‘bait and switch’ offers that were canceled because we suspect they were new and inexperienced ‘companies’ operating as middlemen. We finally met Joe, the Problem Property Pals Tampa representative, when he contacted us about our house. We met with him and were immediately impressed by his energy and honesty. He explained PPP’s process and presented us with multiple reasons why we should accept their offer over the two higher offers. However, the main reason we chose PPP was because of Joe, Steve, and Josh (transaction manager). These gentleman put us at ease, streamlined the entire sales process, and most importantly stayed connected with us. Not once did either of them fail to either answer or return a call or text. We needed to depart Tampa sooner than anticipated and they got us to closing within less than two weeks. They never misrepresented their interest or intentions regarding the house. While we could have made repairs and re-listed the property, it was worth the substantial loss to be able to sell with zero hassle and zero stress. Joe and Josh gave us peace of mind, which was priceless to us. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a quick sale, regardless of the reasons, contact Problem Property Pals before you accept any offers from other so-called investors. I guarantee you will save time and avoid the stress of contract cancellations because social media taught investors’ cannot follow through with funding. Thank you Joe, Josh, and Steve. We appreciate you and enjoyed our conversations. Cheers guys”

“I must say that these people are very professional and they talk to you with empathy and caring. It is not easy to decide to sell your home, but they made it a very easy experience for me! I especially would like to thank Antoine who was so very patient with me and he answered every question I had. Also Kindi, the Transaction Coordinator went above and beyond to make sure that all of my documents were correct and she took the time to explain each step to me as we went along. Even after I signed the final papers, Kindi made sure I got home safe! I can not thank you guys enough!”

“Quite often investors are willing to pay cash for a home and with the recent tightening of financial restrictions, coupled with the growing number of complaints about low appraisals, having a cash buyer has become even more appealing.”Forbes Logo
